I am a Chartered Health Psychologist and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). Over the years I have worked extensively with people coping with different psychological symptoms (such as: worries, general anxiety, stress, OCD, specific phobias, health worries, sleep problems) as well as, people coping with physical health conditions (such as: cancer, diabetes, IBD).
My aim is to help you overcome your hurdles, transform your life into the one you would like to live, and give you the skills and techniques to become your own therapist.
I offer psychological therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other psycho-therapy approaches. I have diverse experience working with adults coping with different psychological symptoms and physical health conditions.
Over the years I have worked extensively with people coping with depression and anxiety (such as: OCD, health anxiety, general anxiety, social anxiety, phobias) as well as physical health conditions, (such as diabetes, cancer, and heart diseases, to name a few). I have strong theoretical, clinical, and evidence-based knowledge and skills in interventions for physical health conditions, medically unexplained symptoms, and their associated mental health difficulties.
I strongly believe that every client is unique and I adapt the therapy to suit your needs and goals. I am passionate about enabling people to have healthier and happier lives with the benefit of psychological knowledge and practice.
